When you purchase tickets or create an account on FighterTix, we may collect:

• Contact information — your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number
• Purchase information — the events and tickets you buy, order totals, and transaction IDs from our payment processors
• Payment details — handled directly by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net). FighterTix does not store your full credit card number on our servers.
• Account information — if you create an account, your username and a hashed password
• Automatically collected data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages you visit on our site

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your ticket purchases and deliver your tickets
• Send you purchase confirmations and receipts
• Verify your identity at will-call
• Respond to customer service questions
• Send you promotional emails about upcoming events from promoters whose events you have previously attended (you may unsubscribe at any time)
• Send you SMS messages related to your ticket purchase, but only if you opt in at checkout (see our SMS Terms)
• Improve our website and services
• Comply with legal obligations

How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as necessary to operate the service:

• Event promoters — the promoter of the event you purchased tickets to receives your name, email, phone, and purchase details so they can verify your ticket at the door and contact you with event updates.
• Payment processors — Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.Net receive payment information to process your transaction.
• Email and SMS providers — SendGrid and Twilio process your email address or phone number to deliver messages from us.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and Tracking

FighterTix uses cookies to keep you logged in during your session, remember your cart, and understand how visitors use the site. Some pages may also include tracking pixels from event promoters' advertising platforms (for example, Facebook Pixel) so promoters can measure the effectiveness of their event promotion. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not function properly without them.

How We Protect Your Information

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all transactions and secure handling of passwords. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information to the best of our ability.

Your Choices

• Promotional emails — you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional email from us.
• SMS messages — if you opted in, you can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Account information — you can review and update your account information by logging in to your account.
• Access and deletion requests — you may email us at info@fightertix.com to request a copy of the personal information we have about you, or to request that we delete your account and associated data. We will respond within 30 days where required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

FighterTix is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.

California, Virginia, and Other State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain states (including California, Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut) have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of FighterTix after any changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
