FighterTix.Com ("FighterTix," "we," "us," "our") offers a text messaging program for customers who have purchased event tickets through our website. By opting in to our SMS program at checkout, you agree to the following terms.

Program Description

The FighterTix SMS program sends transactional messages related to your ticket purchases, specifically:

• Ticket purchase confirmations with a link to your ticket

How to Opt In

You can opt in to the SMS program by checking the box labeled "Text me my tickets at the phone number above" during ticket checkout on FighterTix.Com. Opt-in is optional and is never checked by default. You will only receive text messages if you actively select this option.

Message Frequency

You will typically receive 1 to 2 messages per ticket purchase.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. FighterTix does not charge a fee for these messages. Any charges you incur come from your mobile carrier based on your plan.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you can do so by purchasing another ticket and opting in at checkout.

Supported Carriers

FighterTix's SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a message on our website or, where appropriate, by text message. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
