FighterTix.com accepts the following methods of payment: PayPal, AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
FighterTix.com acts as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets ("Event Providers"). Unless indicated otherwise, FighterTix.com is not an Event Provider.
FighterTix.com does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Some tickets for popular events may sell out quickly.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption, it is your responsibility to confirm with FighterTix.com Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. FighterTix.com will not be responsible for losses if you assume an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter or venue. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures. FighterTix.com typically only offers refunds and/or exchanges based on the promoter's or venue's instructions, and only to the extent the promoter or venue instructs us to issue a refund and provides the necessary funds.
If we issue a refund, it will be for the ticket's face value paid, the facility fee, and the convenience charge, using the same method of payment used to purchase. Delivery prices and other fees are not refunded. We will not be liable for travel or other expenses incurred in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
Tickets purchased on FighterTix.com are typically subject to a per-ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per-order processing fee. In many cases, delivery prices will also be charged.
You may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (a "ticket limit"). This limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction.
Orders are processed only after a billing address and other billing information has been verified. If we receive incorrect billing information, we will attempt to contact you; if unable to reach you, FighterTix.com may cancel your order and sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
Currently, all tickets purchased through FighterTix.com must be picked up at the event venue prior to the event (typically referred to as "Will Call").
If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect — whether due to a posted price error or otherwise — or you order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale date, FighterTix.com will have the right to cancel that ticket (or order) and refund the amount paid.
Before purchasing, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set by our clients generally prohibit refunds or exchanges after purchase, or for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. You agree not to circumvent these prohibitions or seek a "chargeback." Doing so may result in cancellation of your tickets.
Event Providers reserve the right, without refund, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct management deems disorderly. A ticket is a revocable license and is not redeemable for cash.
You agree not to record or transmit any description, account, or reproduction of the event. You grant permission to FighterTix.com and the Event Provider(s) to use your name, image, and likeness in any recording or transmission of the event, without further authorization or compensation.
Objects may fly into the spectator area during an event. Stay alert at all times. You assume all risks incidental to the event and waive any claims for personal injury or death against FighterTix.com on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.
You and your belongings may be searched on entry. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims. If you elect not to consent, you may be denied entry without refund.
